I am a human, daughter, woman, sister, mother, friend, lover. I have traveled and been stationary. Teacher & student simultaneously. I have lived, loved, laughed, cried, screamed, been alone and had the pleasure of feeling the molecular universal hug from God and the universe and KNOWING I am never alone! As a breast cancer survivor, I was forced to confront the enemy - and to my own amazement, it was ME! Re-evaluation on my entire life began with the introduction of Yoga and its philosophies and a reconnection with the GO(o)D. From that discovery point I have begun taking my infant steps back into the arms of a "welcoming humanity!"

Too many to list - but anything that evokes emotions and that I can do yoga to -- that is my kinda music!

Favorite Tea or Tea type ie. black, green, herbal,:

I was always taught NOT to play with fire - but I appreciate the art that is created through the movement / fire dance!

What is your favorite craft or form of art to do:

Yoga is odd in the fact it is art & healing combined. So it is my favorite. The human form is absolutely amazingly beautiful as it moves in and out of the asanas. Outdoor / natural yoga is best(est).

With that said I like painting, crafts, pottery, weaving (although that is not my gift like that of the Bonsai studio weaver).

In truth I like to think of art as everything I/you/we do daily - with or without thinking. Making each day artful & beautiful is the only way to live!

Do you like to Dance (if any what style, ie. belly, club, fire, tap,)

Yes yes yes! I am not into clubs per say, at this stage of my life - but movement is magical. It is praise to the divine, so that goes back to the music. The music in my mind dictates the type of movement that is appropriate for it.

Even hip hop has truth and beauty. Ballet of course is yoga to music! Belly dancing - is artful. I tend to stay away from any movements that evoke responses in others that I do not want. ie...not into dirty dancing, poll dancing, strip teasing, and drawing attention to sexuality.
Please Note: I am not saying that that is wrong or making a judgment. I just prefer to evoke my energies into seeking divine truths!
